Most LUT packs are made to make footage look better. These are made to break it: swap color channels, crush 8-bit color down to 2 bits, snap hues into bands and wrap bright values around to black the way an integer overflow does.

Every LUT is a standard .cube file, so it works in Premiere Pro (Lumetri), After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop’s Color Lookup layer and ffmpeg. Stack them, mix them at partial opacity, or use them as a finishing grade over datamoshed footage.
